• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are your hair & body products handmade?

  Every single one of them is handmade with love and a mixer.

• Are your products tested on animals?

  No, we do not test on animals.

• What is the shelf life of your products?

  Due to the natural ingredients I use in my products, they are meant to be used up. If products are properly stored (avoid extreme temperatures, keep out of direct sunlight, keep tightly capped, etc) my body creams and sugar scrubs have a 9 month shelf life, and candles and soap have a 1 year shelf life. Everything is made and shipped fresh, to ensure that my customers get the maximum shelf life out of their products.

• Are your products all natural?

  Yes, our products are all natural.

• Do your products contain preservatives?

  No, my products do not contain preservatives.

• Are your products organic?

  At this time, I do not use certified organic ingredients in my products. This is something that I am interested in doing and that I am continually looking into, but at this time, the ingredients are cost prohibitive because Kumani Auset is such a small company.

• What are essential oils?

  Essential oils are fragrant oils extracted from plants, and have numerous benefits, both mental and physical. They are used in the practice of aromatherapy, and in all of Kumani Auset's products!

• How long will a PREORDER take to be received?

  Preorders take between 2-3 weeks to be shipped depending on whether I custom make them or have to wait for stock. When placing a preorder keep in mind that it will not be as fast as regular items on my site.
